During [year] the economic downturn our flooring business experienced a major slowdown of work in the Houston area. Since we have been in the Residential Construction industry for decades we decided to start providing renovation, remodeling services. We started off with kitchen and bath remodels and soon we were getting referrals from our customers to their friends, family, and neighbors. Once business started picking up again we decided to invest in our business and start building spec homes. The people who came to tour our houses were impressed by our build quality and attention to detail, and our houses sold quickly. That motivated us to continue building homes in the Houston area and providing top quality renovation services.
